1. Marketplace
Sellers—not MySecretPass—create listings, set prices, provide destinations, communicate with buyers and are responsible for the legality, accuracy, availability and rights to what they sell.
2. Seller duties
Sellers must keep destinations working, describe access honestly, use an email they can monitor, respond to buyer issues in good faith and maintain a valid Solana payout address.
3. Digital access & refunds
Digital access is generally treated as final once supplied, but this does not override non-waivable consumer rights. Sellers control and bear responsibility for seller-approved refunds, especially when a destination is broken, inaccessible or materially misdescribed.
4. Prohibited use
Listings may not facilitate unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, malware, stolen credentials, exploitation, harassment, dangerous wrongdoing or other content prohibited by law or our payment providers.
5. Moderation & enforcement
We may blind media, remove listings, suspend payouts, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, or cooperate with lawful requests when needed for safety, compliance or enforcement. Reports may be acted on without prior warning.
